Try to guess at what time I took this pictures. Are you thinking about something like ten in the morning, aren't you?! Wrong. Six in the evening. Isn't it great? Now I can really feel spring on my skin, see it on the trees, smell it walking around the streets (sneezing over and over again).
However, I had a little misadventure buying some items of this outfit … Humm, actually my sister paid, so theoretically these clothes are hers. But she's kind, and I borrowed them just for a day.
Do you want to know the story of this cardigan an those trousers?
Well, here it is.
Last Saturday I had to go and buy a pair of sneakers from H&M which I saw on their website and I immediately fell in love with. They were just 20 euros, so nothing excessive for a pair of shoes (it's about 27$ or 16£), even cheap for my standards.
So I went to the city centre with my sister, looking desperately for those ones, but they were finished. I asked a salesgirl where I could find them, and she said I had to go to a store two tube's stops far. Nothing impossible, unless you have to be at home in twenty minutes because your sister has a volley match at 2.00 p.m. … But nevertheless, I'm mad I know, I decided to take the underground.
We ran a lot that morning, and when we arrived at the other store, I couldn't find my shoes . God. Why? New collection was out just last week, and they were finished yet. Then, my sister bought some items, but mum was already calling us screaming at the phone we were late. We were only at the tube station waiting for the train when my phone rang again.
-Yes mum, we're arriving! Don't worry, we're at the bus stop!- what a big lie. We were so far from there. But how could I do? When we finally got off from the tube, we lost the bus and the displays that shows the waiting time said 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes? Are you kidding me?
We looked around searching for a solution. My blonde baby saw the taxi stop and pointed it. Okay, let's do it. I was going to waste my pocket money for a foolish organization mistake. I did it.
But my mum doesn't know it yet.
